We are located in the Villas East in Green Valley just west of Interstate 19 at Esperanza Blvd. Tucson International (TUS) is 20 minutes north, Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) is 2 hours north.
We are located 40 minutes north of Nogales, Mexico.

Green Valley is a stunning place. We have multiple grocery shopping stores, restaurants and shops right in Green valley. There is a large WalMart, 2 Safeway grocery stores, Fry’s in nearby Sahuarita, and a fresh foods store Sprouts (similar to Whole Foods). There is other shopping in nearby Sahaurita, Tubac and Tucson.
The award for finest bakery in the US was won by Barrio Bread in Tucson. The owner, Don Guerra, won the James Beard Award.
Some of the finest Mexican food to be found in Southern Arizona is at Wisdom’s, El Rodeo and Manuel’s.
Golf course dining includes Torres Blancas’ Abrego Grill & Canoa Ranch . They have has wonderful restaurants with beautiful views as does Coyote Grill at San Ignacio golf course. Pizza, burgers and more at a fine dining restaurant called Dominick’s as well as at a pub in nearby Sahuarita called Pub 1922.
Tubac is a wonderful artisan community is 20 minutes south. It has many high end shops and many restaurants, from fine dining to pubs.
Nogales, Mexico is a short 40 minute drive south. They have multiple, highly trained dentists. Dental fees are 1/3 to 1/2 that of dental fees in Arizona and Canada.

Green Valley Recreation (GVR) has 16 modern and well equipped centers throughout Green Valley offering many types of programs. Pickleball, tennis, raquetball, yoga, fitness classes, craft studios, fitness rooms and public meeting rooms are all available. Access to most GVR programs is available to monthly renters at no extra charge.

There are two private golf clubs in Green Valley, Desert Hills and the Country Club of Green Valley. Public play 18 hole golf right in Green Valley includes Haven (also with a 9 hole course), Canoa Ranch, San Ignacio, Quail Creek (27 holes) and Torres Blancas.
Some of our favourite courses include the city run courses in Tucson, Starr Pass, Quarry Pines, Arizona National, and the Forty Niner. A bit further north in Marana there are 27 holes at the very challenging Dove Mountain.
Greens fees are a fraction of those in Phoenix and Scottsdale. Greens fees with cart are rarely more than $60.
